Returns & Refund Policy
At Yanadeco, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your wall art purchase, eligible physical products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be accepted for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.

All original packaging, accessories, and included hardware must be returned.

A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

The item must not be customized beyond the standard options offered on the product page.
Return Process
Before returning any item, you must first request authorization by contacting us at contact@yanadeco.com.
Once your return is approved, we will provide:

A prepaid return shipping label.

Instructions on how to properly package your item.

A Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be clearly visible on the outside of the package.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with any issues, please contact us promptly. This includes:

Damaged products, including frames, prints, or packaging.

Incorrect items, such as wrong size, design, or color.

Missing parts or mounting hardware.
After reviewing your case, we will arrange an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Custom or personalized products (such as items with added text or images).

Final sale or clearance items.

Products that have been damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to complete the return process for the original product and place a new order separately. Any approved refund or store credit can then be used toward your new purchase.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time of 3–10 business days may apply.
